Facilitating a cultural shift necessitates an openness to and active listening of the perspectives and opinions of men and boys within the community. Simultaneously, it involves addressing behaviors contributing to the fear and harm associated with male violence. In pursuit of this objective, a coalition of 12 men hailing from diverse industries, backgrounds, and agencies united to form an alliance. This alliance is dedicated to attentively hearing the voices of men and boys in the city, fostering challenging conversations essential for transforming male culture, and bolstering the safety of women and girls within the community.
